This policy explains what data we process through lumilas.hr, why we process it, and the rights available to you.

Contact form

We process the information you submit: name, e-mail address, phone (optional), event date, venue and city, requested service and your message. We use it only to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps requested before entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries).

Delivery and retention

Messages are delivered by e-mail to info@lumilas.hr and are not stored in the website database. We retain correspondence for the duration of the exchange and for no more than 24 months afterwards. If a contract results, applicable tax and accounting retention periods apply. Hosting and e-mail providers may process data as our processors for delivery, security and service maintenance.

Anonymous technical metrics

To detect slow loading and technical failures, we process daily aggregate metrics only: page group, device category, loader duration, LCP, video start time and TTFB, plus counts of image and JavaScript failures. The monitoring system does not store IP addresses, user agents, referrers, cookies, visitor identifiers, full error messages or stack traces. Only aggregate counts and short technical error fingerprints are retained, for no more than 35 days. They are not used for advertising, profiling or individual tracking.

Cookies and local storage

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The functional pll_language cookie remembers your language for up to 12 months. Technical animation preferences and a random performance-sampling choice may be held locally in your browser and are not used to identify you. Administrative cookies apply only to logged-in editors.

Embedded content and external services

Photos, videos and web fonts are served from the LumiLas domain. The site does not automatically load social-media embeds; links to Facebook, Instagram and pozornice.hr open only when selected. We use no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or automated decision-making tools.

Event photography

The portfolio contains photographs of public events produced by LumiLas. If you believe you are identifiable in an image and want it removed, write to us.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact info@lumilas.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
