This policy explains what personal data we collect through lumilas.hr, why, and what rights you have. It is deliberately short — this site collects very little data.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you send us through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), event date, venue and city, requested service and your message. We use no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or any other visitor tracking. No profiling, no automated decision-making.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote — based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries).

Processing and retention

Form submissions are delivered by e-mail to info@lumilas.hr and are not stored in the website database. We keep correspondence for the duration of the exchange and at most 24 months afterwards, then delete it. If a contract arises, data is retained as required by tax and accounting law.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Technically necessary cookies apply only to logged-in administrators. Language and consent preferences are stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to us. Consent is managed via the cookie tool in the footer.

Event photography

The portfolio shows photographs of public events produced by LumiLas. They depict the stage and production; if you believe you are identifiable in a photo and want it removed, write to us.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — write to info@lumilas.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian DPA (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
